By abandoning the support of "Storm of Determination"
Pakistan is abandoning Saudi Arabia and serving Iran.
Since the beginning of the "Storm of Determination" Pakistan proclaimed its total support of Saudi Arabian [rule] and [then raised incertainty with] news that changed from one moment to the other, from [Pakistan's] practical cooperation with military force [to the position] that Islamabad should anyway refuse each time its military cooperation, and that it should support territories in misery and should prepare for [concentrating] all of its efforts on providing food for them.

Editor's Note:
Sheikh Sayyid Abdul-Malik al-Houthi (born January 1st, 1982- dead 12 april 2015) was a leader of the Zaidi Shia movement Ansar Allah (Houthis). His brothers Yahia Badreddin al-Houthi and Abdul-Karim Badreddin Al-Houthi are also leaders of the group, as was his late brother Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi. Houthi addressed the nation on Yemen TV in a late-night speech on 20 January 2015 after troops loyal to him seized the presidential palace and attacked the private residence of President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi in Sana'a. He demanded Hadi implement reforms giving the Houthi movement more control over the government. Although it was initially reported that Hadi conceded to Houthi's demands, the president resigned from office on 22 January, saying the political process had "reached a dead end".

declared that in Pakistan and Iran joint action is taken to find a political solution for
the crisis in Yemen.
Zarif added during his visit to Islamabad: " In this matter we are [working together] to find a political solution. "
It is probable that Zarif, during his visit to Pakistan, incited Islamabad to reject the Saudi demand that Pakistan might join the military operation directed against Houthi forces and who are allied with Iran.

Only one day before, news were spread by Al-Jazeera that Turkey's president Erdogan and Iran's president Rouhani should have met in Tehran for talks on points of common interest, including the Yemeni crisis. Both sides should have stated their preference for a political solution in the conflict. Rouhani is said to have reached out to Erdogan, and who is in favour of the Saudi-led military operation in Yemen, by pointing to other items where Turkey and Iran were able to reach an agreement.
Coalition Partners form Committee to Evacuate Civilians in Yemen.
On a press conference held in Riyadh on Saturday April 4, Saudi Defense Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Ahmed Asiri told reporters that a newly formed committee had already coordinated the evacuation of foreigners in Yemen from five countries: Russia, India, Algeria, Indonesia and Pakistan.
Flights organized to evacuate other foreigners in Yemen were also scheduled for Sunday, and included those from China, Djibouti, Egypt and Pakistan. Other countries who have requested their citizens to be evacuated included Britain, Germany, Canada, Jordan and Iraq, he said, adding that the committee was awaiting flights from those countries to arrive in order to begin the evacuation process in full.
All these efforts were coordinated with the countries in question as well as coalition countries, and aircraft from members of Operation Decisive Storm, such as Jordan and Egypt, had helped evacuate Russian civilians from the country on Wednesday, 1st April, Asiri revealed.
In the same week, Russia had requested a stop of all air strikes by the Arabic coalition. A Russian draft resolution to the United Nations demanded "regular and obligatory humanitarian pauses in the air strikes by the coalition to allow all concerned states and
international organisations to evacuate their citizens and personnel".
Spokesman Maj. Gen. Asiri confirmed that the Saudi Defense Ministry, which is coordinating the activities of the committee to evacuate civilians in Yemen, is also helping organize procedures to ease and speed up the work of trusted and internationally recognized humanitarian agencies, in order to allow them to reach those most affected by the conflict. The request for a 24-hour ceasefire by the Red Cross could be met according to the spokesman.

The Crisis in Yemen Explained by Bloomberg Business (March 27, 2015)
#Storm of Determination ..... Brigade 111 declares its support of [law enforcement] in Yemen.
The Saudi-owned TV station Al-Arabiya in Dubai is now blowing the horn of patriotism when it comes to military action of the Arabic alliance against Houthi controlled Yemen. Quoting the news and comments that appeared on Twitter under the hashtag ـ#عاصفة_الحزم and which means Storm of Determination, Al-Arabiya offers a link to further Arabic sources of similar orientation.
One of those "tweets" leads to an English-subtitled video describing the expansion of Houthi militias into neighbouring regions and their strategy of mining those areas. The video, first published in December 2013, is giving a voice to local sheikhs and other witnesses and is showing irritating pictures of children wounded or killed by Houthi landmines. It should serve to give an idea of the cruelties of war in those remote areas of Yemen.

According to Reuters, Yemen's President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi left his refuge in Aden for Saudi Arabia on Thursday [i.e. March 26] as Houthi rebels battled with his forces on the outskirts of the southern port city.
Throughout the day, warplanes from Saudi Arabia and Arab allies struck at the Shi'ite Houthis and allied army units, who have taken over much of the country and seek to oust Hadi.
Warplanes resumed bombing the Houthi-held capital Sanaa on Thursday evening, shaking whole neighborhoods and terrifying residents. Several civilians have been reported killed in Sanaa.

- French classmates said to recognise 'child killer' in IS video -
AFP, Toulouse
A child who appears to execute an Arab Israeli in a video released this week by the Islamic State group is said to have been recognised by classmates in France, an official said Friday.
The schools inspector in the Haute-Garonne district in southern France said students in the city of Toulouse believe they recognised the boy, who appears to be no more than 12.
"Concerning the formal identification of this person, I cannot tell you anything," Jacques Caillaut told reporters. "Children from the Vauquelin College have recognised one of their classmates, but we must remain cautious."
Shocked students had seen the video on Wednesday and counselling was put in place for them, he said.
According to the inspector, students at the Vauquelin secondary school would have known the boy when he was still in primary school in Toulouse.
"There is a child who has not been enrolled at the Vergers (primary) school since March 14, 2014, but I do not have any other details," Caillaut said.
French officials Thursday launched a formal investigation into the video, which also features a French-speaking man.
According to sources close to the investigation, the man is probably Sabri Essid, who has close links to French jihadist gunman Mohamed Merah, the killer of three soldiers, three students and a teacher in southern France in 2012.
In the video, a youth identifying himself as 19-year-old Mohammed Said Ismail Musallam is shown kneeling in front of the boy. A man stands at his side.
Dressed in an orange jumpsuit that is standard in videos of IS executions, the man seen kneeling recounts how he was recruited by Israeli intelligence, a claim denied by his father.
The man standing nearby, speaking in French, issues threats against Jews in France, before the boy walks around in front of the hostage and shoots him in the forehead using a pistol.
The boy, who shouts "Allahu Akbar" ("God is greatest" in Arabic), then shoots the man four more times as he lies on the ground.
Sources familiar with the case have said the boy may be 31-year-old Essid's stepson.
Known to intelligence services as a key figure in the radical Islamist community in the southern city of Toulouse, Essid is suspected to have left France for Syria last year.

The following article in French has been shortened. It deals with a group-specific behaviour of Muslimic children at school and which is aiming at the establishment of features characteristic to a Muslimic community, thereby getting around the rules of laicism that provide an established and generally accepted state doctrine for the Republic of France. All observations reported here have been investigated by
French state security. An intelligence report, dated 28th November 2013 and presenting about 70 examples on some 15 pages, finally found its way into the media and was quoted by the Paris daily "Le Figaro" in their article titled - Muslimic group formation is challenging the school system -.
As to the wearing of a veil in the schoolyard, the demand for halal meals in the canteen, that chronic absence during the days of Islamic feasts, and clandestine prayers in the gymnasium or in the halls, - it's all about a war of wear and tear on the teachers in the form of some kind of planned retreat to uniformity. During the Great Feast of Islam, classes are generally deserted, and up to 90% of all pupils are reported missing in certain delicate districts of Nîmes or Toulouse. Even self-declared "young guardians of orthodoxy" are pressuring young Muslims almost right under the nose of their teachers.
News from Tripoli received from XinHua Network in Cairo on March 14: Libya's religious militia forces "Libyan Dawn" have burst into serious clashes with armed personnel of the extremist organization "Islamic State" in the northern town of Sirte on [March] 14. This is the first outbreak of clashes between both sides since Sirte was occupied by the "Islamic State" in February.
Sirte is the hometown of former Libyan leader Gaddafi. This year, in the middle of February, the "Islamic State" [i.e. ISIS] step by step began to dominate Sirte. They took over control of the local government building, the university and the radio station. Soon after, the "Libyan Dawn" entered and remained in Sirte suburbs, saying that armed personnel of the "Islamic State" needed to be rushed out of Sirte. However, no
military operation was carried out.
On [March] 14, clashes broke out between the "Libyan Dawn" and armed personnel of [ISIS] the "Islamic State". In the capital of Tripoli, Omar al-Hasi, the prime minister of Libya's "government of national salvation" convened a press conference where he indicated he would not tolerate the "Islamic State" to expand in Libya.

Position of Sirte (Surt)
Libya is known to be ruled by two opposing governments, that one in Tripoli and another one in Tobruk near the Egyptian border. Even though the Tobruk administration is internationally accepted, especially by western countries, the regime in Tripoli is in control of essential parts of Libya. It is being supported by "Libyan Dawn", an Islamist coalition.
As to the presence of the "Islamic State" ISIS in Libya, here the following information:
ISIS has expanded its influence from Syria and Iraq where it has set up a "caliphate" and gained a foothold in Libya, where it has claimed several bombings.
Last month a Libyan branch of ISIS claimed the beheading of 21 Christians, mostly Egyptians, prompting Cairo to launch retaliatory air strikes on jihadist targets in the North African country.
“We announce to you to the good news of the expansion of the caliphate to West Africa because the caliph... has accepted the allegiance of our brothers of the Sunni group for preaching and the jihad,” ISIS spokesman Mohammed al-Adnani said in a sound message, using the Arabic name for Boko Haram.
