أكد رئيس البرلمان الإيراني، محمد باقر قاليباف، اليوم الجمعة، أن الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل و«الناتو» كانوا يتصورون أن بإمكانهم إرغام إيران على الاستسلام، فيما أشار إلى أن إنهاء الحرب يمثل أولوية لدول العالم.
وقال قاليباف في تصريحات صحافية، إن «أميركا والكيان الصهيوني والناتو كانوا يتصورون قبل الحرب الأخيرة أن بإمكانهم إرغام إيران على الاستسلام في غضون أيام»، مضيفاً أن «أميركا والكيان الصهيوني والناتو أدركوا سريعاً أنهم لن يحققوا أهدافهم ورأى العالم أنهم فشلوا أمام إيران».
وتابع «أفهمت نائب الرئيس الأميركي خلال المفاوضات أننا لا نثق بكم إطلاقاً»، مؤكداً «لم نكفّ أبداً عن الاستعداد للدفاع عن بلدنا وفي أي لحظة يخون فيها الأميركيون التفاهم نحن مستعدون للدفاع الشامل».
وأشار قاليباف إلى أن «إنهاء الحرب يمثل أولوية لدول العالم، ولكن يجب على الجميع أن يعلم أن هذا الصراع لن ينتهي أبداً باستسلام إيران».

Qalibaf pointed out that ending the war is a priority for the countries of the world, but everyone must know that this conflict will never end with Iran’s surrender«.
