The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Qassim, issued a statement regarding the «Framework Agreement between the Lebanese authority and the Zionist enemy entity, in which he considered that the agreement represents » humiliation, disgrace, and a waiver of sovereignty, calling for the implementation of the provisions of the Iranian-American memorandum of understanding, and obliging the Israeli enemy to cease fire and withdraw from Lebanese territory.
The first paragraph of the memorandum of understanding stated: "The United States, Iran, and their allies in the ongoing war, by signing this memorandum of understanding, declare an immediate and permanent cessation of military operations on all fronts, including Lebanon, and pledge from now on not to initiate any war." Or any military operation against each other, and to refrain from threatening or using force against each other, and to guarantee Lebanon’s territorial integrity and sovereignty". Negotiation and reaching the final agreement shall take place within sixty days, according to the third clause of the memorandum. [Tasnim on June 27]
A joint meeting of the heads of the executive, legislative and judicial authorities in Iran was held today, chaired by the President of the Republic and hosted by the Presidency. Tasnim International News Agency reported that the meeting brought together President Masoud Pezeshkian, the head of the judiciary, Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei, and the head of the Islamic Shura Council, Muhammad Baqir Qalibaf.
During the meeting, the attendees discussed the latest developments, files and issues related to internal affairs, and also reviewed the most prominent national developments and ways to deal with them within the framework of coordination between the three authorities. [Tasnim on June 27]
Tasnim International News Agency reported that the Khatam al-Anbia Central Headquarters announced in a statement that the movements and presence of military aircraft belonging to the terrorist Zionist entity’s army, in the airspace of some neighboring countries towards Iran, are considered a dangerous act and a threat directed against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
It stressed that if America is not able to restrain the Zionist entity and control its actions, it will not tolerate any threat targeting it, and considers responding to these dangerous measures a legitimate right for it. [Tasnim on June 26]
