Arab Opinion on Iran & Israel

Breaking Updates on June 25 / 26 / 28
Arab & Iranian opinion & Military Facts

Every time Satan tempts you to sympathize with Iran,
remember what that made in:

The accompanying comment on X where I found the above picture is treating Iran and Israel as equally evil for having incited war in the whole region.

Each of them in their own way: Iran by practising some kind of extreme Islam, that has even been exaggerated by the terrorism of the Islamic State (Daesh or ISIL) founded in Mosul, Iraq. Mosul then became a bombing target during the multinational fight against Daesh. Aleppo and Homs in Syria were partly destroyed during the civil war in Syria and which was directed against Basher al-Assad whose allies, Iran and Russia, helped him to survive until 2025.

On the contrary, Lebanon hosting the pro-Iranian Hezbollah ("Party of Allah") and Yemen using Iranian weapons in their pro-Palestinian fight against Israel became bombing targets of Israel. The continued war on Palestinians in Gaza and related hostilities between Jewish and Palestinian settlers in the Westbank of river Jordan not to mention.

As to the US who volunteered to lend a hand in the bombing of Iran's nucler facilities and of Daesh in Iraq and Syria, they are not specially mentioned, I think for tactical reasons. In fact, the place where the quoted X report came from is located in the Gulf states where they are used to make business with anybody, and where they like business partners serving their local interests when it comes to the US opposition towards Iran's nuclear program.

As we all know, Satan can approach in any disguise, as an innocent looking corrupt war-monger, as a bearded doctrinal cleric or as an ill-tempered clown lacking proper education. I think, Steven Spielberg has all archetypes in his movies.

The US strike on Iran between Netanyahu's madness and Trump's tricks

In conclusion, we emphasize that President Trump may have succeeded at the present time in gaining the upper hand in the political and military arena with regard to Iran and striking its nuclear reactors, but in reality, Iran still has many political cards and military capabilities to prolong the conflict between it and Israel, which [Israel] will not be able to bear, nor will America be able to stand by it in every future adventure or risk. It is ignorance and unrealistic to think that the preemptive strikes of the Zionist-American alliance will bring to its knees a country with a population of 90 million, a resistant mindset, and a heritage that spans thousands of years.

Another article from the same Arabic source is quoting an
opinion poll made by the Turkish news agency Anadolou:

رغم معارضتهم نتنياهو.. إسرائيليون يؤيدون الهجمات على إيران
Despite their opposition to Netanyahu, Israelis support attacks on Iran.

A number of Israelis who oppose Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed their support for the attacks his government launched against Iran, despite their political opposition to him.

In an interview with Anadolu [Turkish news agency], Dobi Tadiber, a Tel Aviv resident, said that he does not support Netanyahu's political path, but he supports his 12-day attacks on Iran.
He added, "I hate Netanyahu, but the best thing he has done so far is attacking Iran. What he did was for the complete security of Israel."
He considered that the ceasefire brokered by US President Donald Trump was timely, describing the Israeli attacks as "legitimate and a lesson for the Iranians".
Tadebir believed that the time had come for Netanyahu's government to withdraw from the Gaza Strip.

Ariel, a Tel Aviv resident, explained that the Israeli attacks on Iran were the right decision, despite his reservations about Netanyahu's intentions.
He added to Anadolu, "I don't think Netanyahu made the decision to attack with the sole intention of benefiting Israel, but it was a good decision overall."

Ultimate comment by Ayatollah Khamenei on the outcome
of Israel's surprise attack on Iran [الجزيرة on June 26]:

Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei said that Iran had achieved a "clear victory" over Israel, confirming that "the Zionist entity almost collapsed under the blows of the Islamic Republic and was crushed to a great extent," as he described it.

In a televised statement on Thursday, he added, "The Zionist entity was shaken by our strikes, and it never imagined that it would receive such devastating blows."

In his above video speech the Iranian leader Ayatollah Khamenei greeted the people on the occasion of what he called "victory over the artificial Zionist entity," and Khamenei said that America entered the war because it felt that the Zionist entity would be destroyed, but it did not achieve any success with its intervention, he added.

Last Update on June 22 :

US Bombed Iran's
Nuclear Facilities

Live: The United States launches an attack on three nuclear facilities in Iran, and Trump describes it as "very successful."

US President Donald Trump announced on Saturday that the US military had carried out a "very successful attack" targeting three Iranian nuclear sites, including the underground Fordow uranium enrichment facility.

Trump explained in a post on his Truth Social platform that the strikes included the Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan facilities, noting that "a whole load of bombs" were dropped on the main site at Fordow, and that the aircraft carrying out the operation left Iranian airspace "safely" and were "on their way home".

This escalation comes just two days after he announced that he would make a decision "within two weeks" on joining the Israeli military campaign against Tehran.

Seven B-2 stealth bombers took off from U.S. mainland at Whiteman air base, Missouri, and refueled in mid-air shortly after takeoff, indicating that they were fully loaded with heavy bunker breaking bombs. In addition, some cruise missiles were launched from U.S. warships in the Pacific.

June 20, 2025 08:10 International Atomic Energy Agency:
We have no relation to the decision to wage war on Iran.

Rafael Grossi, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, told CNN on Thursday [June 19] that the evidence the agency has collected regarding Iran's nuclear program "is difficult to form the basis for any military action".

Grossi added, "Military action, regardless of its source, is a political decision that has nothing to do with what we say".

After Israel launched its first strikes on Iran, it pointed to a recent report by the International Atomic Energy Agency that Iran is enriching uranium at a higher level than other countries that do not have nuclear weapons programs, in violation of its commitments under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.

However, Grossi said that there is no indication of a "systematic program in Iran to produce nuclear weapons".

When asked if he was concerned about the possibility of an American strike on the Fordow (*) facility, Grossi replied, "Diplomacy is the way forward". He added, "You can demolish buildings, but you can't destroy technical knowledge".

(*): A successful attack on the Fordow facility
would imply the US participating with their MOAB
weapon, earlier alleged as "Mother of All Bombs".

Israeli Attack on Iran

First Arabic voices, published on the Facebook account of an Arabic TV station
at the time of attack, siding with a map of Iran showing most possible targets.

Early on Friday, Israel launched a series of wide-ranging strikes on nuclear and military sites in Iran, killing prominent military leaders. While Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei vowed a "bitter and painful fate" for Tel Aviv, Washington denied its involvement in the strikes.

These strikes came two days before a new round of talks on the nuclear file was scheduled between Tehran and Washington in Muscat, Oman.

The full extent of the attacks and the damage they caused was not immediately clear, but the strikes raised fears that the conflict could escalate into a full-scale war between the region's two most powerful armies.

And here are some key points to understand the situation:

Israel began its first attacks at 3:30 AM local time in Iran (1:00 GMT), targeting nuclear facilities, ballistic missile factories, and military leaders. The Israeli military said this was the beginning of a prolonged operation to prevent Tehran from developing nuclear weapons.

Iranian media and witnesses reported explosions, including at the main Natanz uranium enrichment facility, while Israel declared a state of emergency in anticipation of a retaliatory Iranian strike with missiles and drones.

Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and Iranian media announced the deaths of several leaders and scientists in the Israeli attack, including IRGC commander Hossein Salami, Chief of Staff Major General Mohammad Bagheri, commander of the Imam Hossein Military Base Major General Gholam Ali Rashid, and several nuclear scientists.
