Admonition to Self-Examination
on the Threshold of a New Year
Here is some morality for the everyday US citizen who would like to look deeper into the Epstein files, yet doesn't know how to read them right. Be careful not to break the rules, like Epstein did in a different way, by "hacking" the redacted files rather than copying them into a better looking text sheet. Furthermore avoid to get your eyes overworked by reading too much. Isn't X-Mas a rare opportunity to search your own heart and abstain from everything your government wants to protect you from ?

China Propaganda - Coming from the Heart
On Commemoration Day of the Nanjing Massacre, committed by Japanese invasion troops on December 13, 1937 and leaving a death toll of 300.000 civilians, some Chinese propaganda account on X came about with the following post:
A comprising evaluation of the Sino-Japanese Conflict was quoted from the same propaganda platform related to some military, probably female, Northeastern Training (Unit) 东北进修, not directly connected to China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs nor the Ministry of State Security, the logo of which this X-account has chosen for its own presentation. Despite an undeniable dedication to the cause of China, this site is offering accurate historic background information on the conflict, allegedly based on personal/familiar background.
Historic Timeline of the Sino Japanese Conflict
"
Japan has started every war in which they were the aggressor with a sneak attack.🔸1894, First Sino Japanese war; started when Japanese cruisers attacked Chinese ships leaving the Asan Bay.
🔸1904 Russo-Japanese war; started when Japanese ships attacked the Russian Far East Fleet in Port Arthur.
This was Japan's coming out war, against a Western Great Power. So it was important for the Japanese to act with decorum.
They sent a formal declaration of war to Russia 3 hours AFTER the attack. Otherwise, in their mind, the world would see them as the deceitful thieves.
🔸1931 full invasion of Chinese region of Manchuria; started with the false flag incident, the Mukden Incident, where the Japanese planted a bomb to destroy the railway they operated, and blamed it on the Chinese. Using this as an excuse to invade the entire region.
🔸1937, 2nd Sino Japanese war, the full scale invasion of China. The Japanese set up another false flag incident; The Marco Polo Bridge Incident where Japanese troops used the excuse of finding a lost solider to attack Chinese troops outside of Beijing.
🔸1941, the Pacific War as part of WW2. Japan attacked the US at Pearl Harbor WHILE their negotiators were in the US for "peace talks".
"
In addition, I would like to present two further posts that are dealing with the current situation of mistrust between China and Japan, after Japanese PM Takaichi's comment on Taiwan and in the frame of Sino-Russian joint ecercises in the vicinity of Japan.
[Editor: As to the enmity between Chinese and Japanese people, I've kept some memories from earlier press reports in my country, dealing with some unknown Japanese that had damaged a Chinese memorial site at Hiroshima, Japan, dedicated to Chinese victims of the atomic bomb and who had been engaged in forced labor. That incident, already years ago, had been officially downplayed at the time.]

Military Build-up in the Far East
Update December 12: China and US independently downplayed Sino-Japanese Tensions, coming at a time when US Trump faces the Thailand-Cambodia Conflict flaring up again and resulting in half a million refugees, a conflict he had earlier declared "having already ended" under his guidance.
What began as a joint exercise of Chinese and Russian forces
has turned into a dangerous confrontation of US-backed Japan:
Tokyo said that US fighter jets with nuclear strike capabilities flew over the Sea of Japan together with Japanese fighter jets. Previously, China and Russia held joint exercises in the sea and air near Japan and South Korea.
Japan's Ministry of Defense issued a statement on Thursday (December 11) saying that Japan and the United States reiterated their firm defense against any unilateral attempt to use violence to change the status quo and confirmed the preparations between the Self-Defense Forces and the US military.
Two US military B-52 fighter jets flew together with three Japanese F-35 stealth fighters and three F-15 fighters.
On Tuesday, Chinese and Russian warplanes flew jointly in the East China Sea, as well as in the western Pacific. And "Japan accuses Chinese fighter jets of attacking Japanese fighter jets in last weekend's fire control radar locking." China denied it. Washington called the incident "unconstructive to regional peace and stability" and reiterated its unwavering alliance with Japan.

The flight of two U.S. B-52 strategic bombers with three Japanese F-35 stealth fighters and three F-15 air-superiority jets was the first time the U.S. had asserted its military presence since China began military exercises in the region last week amid heightened tensions between Tokyo and Beijing.
However, a U.S. official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, played down the bomber flights, saying they were pre-planned well before the Chinese-Russian drills and that U.S. and Japanese military aircraft carried out similar joint sorties last month, also involving U.S. B-1B bombers.
At the White House, spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt said U.S. President Donald Trump can maintain both a "good working relationship" with China and a "very strong alliance" with Japan, even as tensions have risen between those two countries.

Russia-China Patrol Ratttles Japan
Russia has deployed TU-95 nuclear-capable bombers over the Sea of Japan and the East China Sea, with Japan responding by scrambling fighter jets to monitor the situation. China Netizens - The Yellow Wave
One time after the millenium year of 2000, Chinese language websites first outnumbered English language sites.
In its 29th Statistics Report on the State of China's Internet Development, China's Internet Information Center (CNNIC) had published that by the end of December 2011, the number of Chinese households using the web would have increased to 250 Million. The web then became the most important medium of communication for its users when fetching news. And in January 2012, Chinese media reported that China's internet population had risen to 500 Million "netizens".
But it is the 56th Statistics Report from CNNIC, published in July 2025, which comes about with an even more interesting evaluation:
中国互联网络信息中心(CNNIC)2025年7月:截至2025年6月,中国大陆网民规模达11.23亿人,互联网普及率为79.7%。中国大陆手机网民规模达11.16亿,网民中使用手机上网的比例为 99.4%。
As of June 2025, the number of Internet users in mainland China will reach 1.123 billion, with an Internet penetration rate of 79.7%. The number of mobile Internet users in mainland China will reach 1.116 billion, with 99.4% of Internet users accessing the Internet via mobile devices.
In his book "The Digital Silk Road", first published in 2021, Jonathan Hillman, a top-ranking specialist on international strategic studies, wrote that China is rewiring the world, through vast infrastructure projects which already extend from the ocean floor to outer space, from Africa's megacities to rural America. In doing so, the global order is being rewritten.

China's Archipelago - Danger of War
PDF-Update Dec.10: Background Material (日本对中国战争和琉球问题)
What happened:
A Japanese ship broke into the Diaoyu Islands
to run wild & Chinese Coast Guard took action.
Here is a Chinese comment posted on December 5 by a Jiangxi Military Field Creator :
The frequency of Japan “ acting as a demon ” is simply refreshing! Before the farce over the Taiwan Strait had come to an end, Japan hurriedly extended its black hand to the Diaoyu Islands.
On December 2, as soon as the report from China Coast Guard came out, netizens immediately boiled: The Japanese fishing boat Ruibao Maru dared to illegally break into the territorial waters of our Diaoyu Islands. The Chinese Coast Guard ship took a hard-core action on the spot to control, warn, and drive away a set of processes. It was simply neat and when the scene was uploaded to the Internet, the screen was full of applause for the Coast Guard action.
It may be asked, why does Japan dare to be so bold? On one hand, there is support of the United States behind it, trying to use the tiger skin of the U.S.-Japan alliance as a banner, and imagining that with the support of external forces, they can gain benefits on the issue of China-related territory; on the other hand, some forces in Japan have always held the illusion of the remnants of militarism, and they will never die against China's territory, testing China's bottom line through various small actions in an attempt to change the status quo of sovereignty over the Diaoyu Islands.
But they are clearly miscalculating that China is no longer the country that was slaughtered a hundred years ago, and that China today has enough strength and determination to defend every inch of territorial sovereignty.

Diplomatic Crisis Intensifies
China Blocks Cultural Exchange with Japan
China has canceled a large number of Sino-Japanese cultural exchange activities because of protests against Japanese PM Sanae's remarks in Takashi. This could be seen as another model of “U-shaped lock ” that hit the Chinese head, and the “empty chair” concert of Japanese singer Ayumi Hamasaki will go down in history for protesting the meaning of totalitarianism.

A ridiculous incident occurred in Shanghai, China, tonight. During the "Game Carnival 2025" event held by Japanese game company Bandai Namco in Shanghai, the stage's lights and screens suddenly went out while Japanese singer Otsuki Makiko was performing the "memories" ending theme from One Piece, and Chinese officials pulled the plug. The performance was forced to stop. .....
Okinawa, located at Japan's southernmost tip, has a history that stretches back thousands of years, from prehistoric times to the present day. In the 14th century, the Ryukyu Kingdom was founded (1429–1879), thriving through trade with China, Korea, and Southeast Asia due to its strategic location. The kingdom flourished for around 450 years before being annexed by Japan during the Meiji era (1868–1912), marking the beginning of Okinawa’s integration into Japan as a prefecture. Following World War II, Okinawa was under U.S. administration before being returned to Japan in 1972. The Okinawa subject remains an unsolved problem, as the status of the Ryukyu people after World War II has not been finally determined up to now.
The following map of Chinese origin can serve as an example, marking the problem China and surrounding states are having with the interpretation of national sovereignty related to the Eastern and South China Sea.

Murdered National Guard Soldier Was 'Googled in Israel'
Days Before DC Shooting, Shocking Data Reveals (LINK)
Here is all we know about the 29-year-old Afghan suspect of the Washington DC shooting on November 26 that killed National Guard service woman Sarah Beckstrom and severely wounded her male colleague Andrew Wolfe. Information is quoted from some Chinese language article, published on Nov. 28, as Chinese news are often more comprising when it comes to what is regarding foreign nations, rather than what is happening in People's China.
When the US left Afghanistan in 2021, [29-year-old shooting suspect] Lakanwal entered the United States through a resettlement program and was officially granted refugee status this year.
In a statement, CIA director John Ratcliffe said that Lakanwal had worked for the US government in Kandahar, Afghanistan, as some "member of the military 发军成员", but didn't specify what his specific role was.
Shortly after US withdrawal from Afghanistan, Lakanwal's relationship with the CIA ended.
According to Associated Press, Lakanwal was a member of the Afghan special forces unit codenamed "Unit Zero 零部队" which received CIA training in Kandahar to prepare for night raids and other missions.
After US withdrawal, this unit was integrated into the Afghan intelligence agency.
The following system critical, yet highly frequented US based X account alleges that lots of unknown internet users searched Google for information about the, up to then, widely unknown Afghan suspect, even hours before the shooting really took place.
Same goes with his female target Sarah Beckstrom that did not survive the attack. She had been allegedly googled as well, hours before the incident took place by more than 100 internet users in the Israeli area of Tel Aviv. That information came from an Arabic language X account, usually providing 'consistent and convincing material' from an entirely different position.
It looks like some people were waiting for something going to happen soon.

Ukraine - Confusion about Security Guarantee
President Trump's peace plan for Ukraine includes a security guarantee modeled on NATO's Article 5, which would commit the U.S. and European allies to treat an attack on Ukraine as an attack on the entire "transatlantic community," according to a draft obtained by Axios.
Why it matters: Trump's plan demands painful concessions from Ukraine, but it also includes an unprecedented promise. President Volodymyr Zelensky's top objective in peace talks is to obtain a robust U.S. and European security guarantee, and this is the first time Trump has been willing to put one on the table.
The 28-point plan U.S. Army Secretary Dan Driscoll presented to Zelensky on Thursday, which was also obtained by Axios, says simply that "Ukraine will receive reliable security guarantees".
But alongside it, the U.S. presented the Ukrainians with another draft agreement. It states that any future "significant, deliberate, and sustained armed attack" by Russia on Ukraine "shall be regarded as an attack threatening the peace and security of the transatlantic community," and the U.S. and its allies will respond accordingly, including through military force.

Japan's Establishment trying to Solve Crisis with China
Latest on Nov. 23 :
Takaichi currying favour with India's PM Narendra Modi
might have recognized Donald Trump as a shaky ally.
On November 7, 2025, Japan's PM Takaichi appeared at the conference and immediately threw out a statement that made East Asian relations tense. She linked the situation in the Taiwan Strait to Japan's national security, claiming that if China used force, the Japan Self-Defense Forces would mobilize. Her extreme right-wing stance was particularly prominent at this moment, and the historical shadow of Japan's colonization of Taiwan 80 years ago reappeared.
Celebrity talk show host: Takaichi will also accelerate the resolution of the Ryukyu issue.
[Editor's Note: The 'Ryukyu issue' is referring to an unsettled problem regarding
Okinawa island which had gained a special status after Japan's defeat in 1945.]
The remarks by Takaichi shocked veteran politicians, as no Japanese prime minister has ever so bluntly escalated the Taiwan issue to the level of national survival. She tore apart the strategic ambiguity that the Japanese government had maintained for years, turning the Taiwan Strait issue from a diplomatic probe into a political collision.
The talk show host: Takaichi will also accelerate the resolution of the Ryukyu issue, and the provocations of the extreme right will trigger a chain reaction.
China reacted strongly. On November 8, Xue Jian, the Chinese Consul General in Osaka, warned on social media that Gao's comments should be "cut off without hesitation" as "filthy heads" should be "cut off without hesitation." Lin Jian, a spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, also pointed out that Gao's comments were a gross interference in China's internal affairs and seriously violated the "one China" principle and the spirit of the four political documents between China and Japan.
..........
Japan's reaction was swift, with former Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda and Yukio Hatoyama criticizing Takaichi as "precipitous" and "inciting a crisis," believing that she was looking for an excuse to expand the military.
Chief Cabinet Secretary Katsunobu Kato later reaffirmed the 1972 Joint Statement between China and Japan, and would not challenge China's core interests.
Takaichi had hoped the United States would support her, but Trump responded coldly, saying that he had good relations with China and that many allies took advantage of the United States in trade more than China did.

" Quiet Piggy - It's the Corruption, Stupid "
Trump Under Pressure - Epstein Files - Business Scheme
On Tuesday, both, House of Representatives & Senate took the significant step of ordering President Donald Trump’s Justice Department to publicly release all of its investigative files into the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, after months of nasty infighting within the Republican GOP.
The House voted 427-1 to pass the measure, with Rep. Clay Higgins of Louisiana the only member voting against it.
Now, the bill must head for Trump's desk. The president has said he’ll sign the bill if Congress passes it, after months of calling the issue a “Democratic hoax.”
Trump's decision came after a heated dispute between him and one of his once most loyal female supporters, Marjorie Taylor Greene, who decided to break with Trump and support instead the case of Epstein victims. Further more, she accused Trump of promoting business chances to foreign countries.
The disclosure of the Epstein files is feared to endanger the reputation of further high-ranking members of US society, possibly including Trump himself.
As to jobs lost for US citizens in the frame of Trump's business scheme of promoting chances to foreign governments, California Governor Newsom blew the fuse:
asked why not release the Epstein files when he regards himself as not being involved.

China vs Japan - A Looming Conflict on Taiwan ?
Last Update included November 17 / 18:
According to the Voice of America in Chinese as quoted by a German Chinese language source, Japan's recently elected first female Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi's comments on Taiwan sparked a heated exchange between China and Japan. On Thursday (Nov. 13), China's Vice Foreign Minister Sun Weidong summoned Japan's Ambassador to China, Kaneshige Kaneshige, to protest Takaichi's remarks.
Sanae Takaichi said on Friday (November 7) at the Imperial Diet (Japanese Parliament) that if China were to take an attack against Taiwan, it could be considered a "situation that threatens Japan's survival," implying that Tokyo might take military action if a conflict were to break out across the Taiwan Strait.
Previously, Japanese leaders avoided mentioning Taiwan when discussing similar issues in public, in order to maintain the "strategic ambiguity" stance that Tokyo shares with its main security ally, the United States.
Although Takaichi later said she would not make similar statements again, Tokyo called on both sides to work to ease tensions on Tuesday, but several Chinese state media commentaries suggested that the controversy may continue.
On the 13th, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said that Takaichi "openly made explicit provocative remarks about Taiwan in the Diet" and questioned whether Japan, on the 80th anniversary of the World Anti-Fascist War, is trying to repeat the mistakes of militarism by bringing up the "existential crisis situation."
Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Sun Weidong criticized Takaichi's statement in a news release on the 14th, saying that it "implies possible military intervention in Taiwan issues, which is extremely serious in nature" and is a gross interference in China's internal affairs and a challenge to China's core interests. He said, "If the Japanese side dares to intervene militarily in the Taiwan situation, it will constitute an act of aggression, and China will certainly fight back head-on," and demanded that the Japanese Prime Minister retract the relevant statement.
On Nov. 14, the Chinese Ministry of National Defense responded to Democratic Party's female politician Makiko Tanaka's "Taiwan matters" statement, saying, "If Japan does not deeply learn from historical lessons, dares to take risks, and even intervenes in the Taiwan Strait situation with force, it will be crushed by the iron wall of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and pay a heavy price."

This war plane delivery is strongly opposed by Israeli sources argueing that Saudi F-35 are "very much looking like F-35 delivered to Israel" (Times of Israel, Nov.18).

Ignoring China's summoning of the ambassador to protest! Japanese government: stance on Taiwan remains unchanged. "If Taiwan is in trouble, it could be a matter of life and death," Koo said firmly: "We can exercise the right of collective self-defense." Trump appears at Yokosuka Base! Praises Takaichi as the "real winner" and approves F-35 missile delivery.
[Editor's Note: Trump's approval comes at the same time he agreed to a similar F-35 delivery to Saudi-Arabia while denying that Saudi Crown Prince Bin Salman had been involved in the murder of Saudi critic Kashoggi in the country's consulate of Istanbul. This war plane delivery is strongly opposed by Israeli sources argueing that Saudi F-35 are "very much looking like F-35 delivered to Israel" (Times of Israel, Nov.18). Therefore: "Deals with the Devil Aren’t What They Used to Be" (The New Yorker, 2024) ]
Trump predicted that Takaichi would become the "greatest prime minister" and said, "[Assassinated predecessor Shinzo Abe] would be proud of you!". Choose the third? First be the vice president then succeed the president, Trump: too cunning.
The "Golden Age" agreement between the US and Japan has been signed! A proofreading mishap left Mayor Chang speechless. Asia trip, stop two! Trump meets with Japan's new prime minister, Takaichi, this morning.

US Tariff Follies :
Trump Promising 2.000 $ Dividend for Each Citizen
"People that are against Tariffs are FOOLS!" Trump said on Truth Social on Nov. 9. "A dividend of at least $2000 a person (not including high income people!) will be paid to everyone."
His comments came after the Supreme Court heard arguments on whether Trump's tariffs are legal and as he tried to reclaim success on the economy after Democrats won big in state and local elections on Nov. 4. It isn't the first time he's floated a direct check to Americans. He previously said he would consider giving some money cut from federal agencies under the work of Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) back to the public. That never happened.
The president reiterated that there would be a "dividend" in Oval Office comments on Nov. 10.
“We’re going to issue a dividend to our middle income people and lower-income people of about $2,000 and we’re going to use the remaining tariffs to lower our debt, we’re going to be lowering our debt, which is a national security thing,” Trump said in the Oval Office on Monday afternoon.
